Updates on my practice
Yay~ Flying this saturday le! So happy lor. Can go somewhere else in the world where nobody will normally go. Haha. Though I am looking forward to fly, I think this trip will not be a happy one because there will be lots of rehearsals and lecturing from Chua. Anyway, heck him lah! yay~
For the past 1 month or so, I have been struggling with the princess role and now I can finally more or less do it better. However there were still some scenes at the ending where I only rehearse ONCE. Can anybody imagine that? I will just follow Ang's movements and act accordingly. No choice. I don't think we will get to rehearse much now.
The scene where Ang and me are supposed to leave the palace via a boat was rehearsed about 4 times and everytime it was different! Ang apparently cannot remember the movements so everytime we rehearse that scene, she will just improvise her own. I told her that I will stand behind her and follow whatever she do.
I have packed my luggage and separate them into one opera luggage and one casual luggage. The opera luggage is a big one with my wig, costumes, make-up kit, 1 guan, 1 set of hair pcs. Full. I gotta get another smaller luggage to put in my normal clothes. Apparently Ang also got this problem. Soooo many things to bring and everything is in boxes so they take up alot of space.
To make things worse, it's winter there so ther clothes and coats we are bringing are very thick. They easily filled up my small luggage. I packed in 3 sets of clothes and 2 coats only for the total of 7 days.
The other day I was shopping and I saw a pair of earmuffs very cute! And not ex! so I bought it. Though I know it has not got much use, I just want to buy cuz they are furry and cute! hee hee.. Buy to take photos also happy.
Oh yah, last but not least, Xiu mei is here to celebrate CNY with Ang. So sweet right? Yday she came to watch our rehearsal. :) Will take some photos during our CNY celebration and hopefully I get to blog again before I leave.
