Not so long ago, I was just watching 红楼寻梦 on youtube. It was a competition held in China for Kunqu students. The top 6 winners will get the most important roles in their upcoming Kunqu production 红楼梦. Therefore, there will be 2 贾宝玉, 1 林黛玉, 2 薛宝钗, 1 王熙凤. 1 of the 2 贾宝玉 is a female sheng. She was very good and vWery handsome too! LOL... Of course the other dans selected to act 林黛玉 and 薛宝钗 were very pretty too. Watching them is really a 赏心悦目 thing. Pictures speaks a thousand words. I have got proof that the actresses are pretty!!! First of all, we have 贾宝玉: 林黛玉: 薛宝钗: Look they are so pretty! If they are not pretty then I dunno what is!!! I think that for a role like Jia Baoyu, it will be more suitable to get a female sheng to do it. This other male sheng, 施夏明 looks great in other productions but he doesn't look good as Jia baoyu. Today at Siong Leng, we practiced laughing... Yes de, we lauged like mad that we already didn't know which one is our real laughter which one is just practicing. I think if someone hear us from downstairs, they will think that the people upstairs are bonkers. Uncle said that we will not be able to practice this at home which I fully agree. My neighbours will call ambulance, from IMH! Uncle also demonstrated a few kinds of laughter for us. Like a laughter that starts with 'ah' or starts with 'ho'. Then a laughter that begins low in tone then slowly picks up and going down again. Or one that starts in high speed then slowly decreas speed. One which ended in a crying tone etc. Susan was laughing like mad when I was trying out the different laughter and I have no idea what is seriously wrong with her!! There is nothing funny lor. Remember previously I blogged about me always acting those innocent and kana bullied roles. And such roles actually provoked May to want to slap me? LOL. I am now changing roles to a evil mother in the next show. But this is not my topic today. My topic today is the male version of what I am always acting as, 玉男. I will type in english from now on as Yu nan. Yu nan and Yu nv are the same. Sometimes yu nan gets bullied in the show too. Or should I say, it is quite often that a yu nan is being bullied in the show. Like maybe a very evil step-mother or step-father will bully him, sometimes might be other relatives too. When with a dan, they normally will not look straight into the dan eyes when they first met. Their eyes will shy away. They won't even stand too close to the dan! During rehearsal, bala was sleeping.... YH and Susan were... I dunno flirting with each other which is totally disgusting as they are both shengs. I had to mosaic YH's face because I dunno why she kp so much that she doesn't want to be on my blog. And now tha she is regularly reading my blog, I dun think I can just blog her photos without her noticing. LOL, so no choice but have to mosaic her face. As long as you know it's her can le. And that day both YH and Susan wore black, as though they were a couple. If you wanna ask me what is their relationship, I myself am not sure. LOL got to ask them!

Photos photos~ Amai asked me to post some photos in FB which I did posted some. But I think I will post most here because I don't want my FB to have too many photos. Don't ask me why cuz I dunno! Me and May started off wearing sister's costumes. I suggested that we wear these 2 sets because we are acting as sisters and I think that wearing the same theme will be quite cute.. I hate my face!
