Long Feng Xiang Performance

This show was done on 26 August and I finally acted out the show despite I only rehearsed it for a month. It was really stressful because I do forget my words sometimes and I did not think in details about how to act out some parts. Nevertheless, I did my best. So did everyone else, except Bala.

Before I post the photos of my show, I am showing you guys of Miss Toh climbing out of the box during practice. LOL. I think she did this trick successfully because some people didn't realise that she has crawled out and wondered why the 2 ladies can carry that heavy box. LOL.

Enough of the pre-show nonsense talk, now we look at the pictures taken that day. First of all, a do-nothing big tummy woman came to eat our packed dinner..... Mrs May Teng, she looked like a shortie, you know, like Wu Da Lang in the following picture...

It's like she only has the head, shoulders and legs, no body. LOL. Miss Nancy in this photo was holding to QY's white collar. She has accidentaly dropped chilli sauce on it! She freaked out and tried to wipe it off with wet tissue. Fortunately, it was not at a obvious position.

Baohua and Lizuan. I think Lizuan did a fairly good job that day though I didn't watch it. I heard that she was quite natural. Baohua was natural too. Great job.

This green costume which May likes a lot.

This is, as we all know, MD. He was very happy to wear nicer costume and had on song to sing on that day~

Xin En. She is 15 and she is acting as my ELDER sister. Does she look old enough to be my elder sister? I am like more than 10 years older than her leh. Not to mention, I am also 10cm taller than her.. :P

Zhuying first time wear such nice furry costume with a dua ban head dress. LOL. She requested this role and I hope that she had fun doing it. However, she tol me that she is going to quit doing dan after this show because her dad said she look like a piece of wood on stage.

This is Zhuying and her husband, YH. Haiz, in the show, I saved this stupid YH life and I liked her but she go and marry ths princess. So ungrateful. Will be cursed one lor... Be careful.

Our very young and dua ban looking mother-in-law, QY. She did a fair job that day though I think she was nervous. She was a bit too mild, reactions were not strong enough. Overall she still did well.

Again, Miss YH, the ungrateful fugitive.

Look behind QY's head and you can see that she has used up all the 20 hair pieces I have lent her. Too dua ban liao lah. I also lose to her liao. Ang arranged it for her so apparently Ang wants her to be dua ban.

Me and YH. We took this photo twice because in the first one, YH never smile and she looked like I owe her a million dollars. Come on lor, this should be a lovey dovey photo mah. Give me a black face for what. So I made her smile. Hahaha.

MD and Lizuan, both in red but not to worry, they are not getting married.

DLQ is destined to be a lao sheng. She looks so good in this. She always looks good in Laosheng.

Me and Xin En. As she is much shorter than me, I squatted down a bit to take this. Does Xin en looks like my elder sis? I am trying my best to look younger than my actual age. :)

Bala has ruined the show by not singing when it was his turn! Can you believe it! He simply kept quiet and walk around the stage. YH was very pissed off with this because she felt like she was singing to no one. Bala didn't practice his song so he slack lah, might as well don't sing. Aiyoh. He might as well don't come lor.... Mad...

YH has more photos. I will get from her and post it up. LOL. She got take photos of me in other costumes. I didn't have the chance to take photos at all because I was always rushing to change costume when I am not on stage. It's very stressful to change costume in a short time.

At the end of the show when I was dying, everyone was crying, except for Ang, MD and maybe zhuying. The one who cried most was my mum. Even my sister was crying at the audience seat. LOL. She told my aunt,"Jie jie vomit blood, die.." HAhahah..

I didn't cry at all during all the rehearsals but I saw Xin En cry. Then at the last part during the show, I saw xin en has tears rolling around her eyes but it didn't fall. I stared into her eyes and clutched her hand tight to sing another 2 lines then I saw her tears rolling down. I did that because I told her in the afternoon that if she cries tonight. I will wipe off her tears for her. Hee hee...

You must think I very boliao lor.. but .. it's funny mah. hahaha....
