3 songs?
Today, there was a singing session at SL. Today is already 13 Feb, I have to memorise the 3 songs by end of February. 3 NANYIN SONGS?! OMG... It is a bit like mission impossible. For those who don't know what Nanyin is, Nanyin is a kind of 曲艺. Unlike GZX, each Nanyin piece can last from 4 minutes to well over 15 minutes. GZX has only 4 lines for each verse which they will repeat if needed but Nanyin is like.. one long piece with no repeated lyrics or exact same repeated tune.
Just now, dear Mei-er told me that she has already taught me the first song and it is up to me to remember the song and practice it. She has got no more time to teach again as she needs to proceed on to the other 2 songs.
But.. but... I already forgot the tune of the first song!! Fortunately, I got tape it but still..
The 3 pieces I am going to sing are <<春光明媚>>, <<尾声>> and <<华夏天声>>.
<<春光明媚>> has got operatic movements to go with the song too.
I still haven't fully memorise Nie Xiao Qian's dialogue and I still need to practice the Nie Xiao Qian action pack movements.
I wonder if I can get over this..... smoothly.. God bless!
