As this time we only present a one hour version of the above show, we weren't really that stressed out during rehearsals. However, I can tell that teacher is very stress because there are other troupes performing too and the audiences are bound to compare.

For me, I was quite relax actually because I basically have only one scene and 2 verses of song. I just need to ensure that my sheng remembers all her lines and all her actions will do. And of course my only stress is to how to look pretty on stage. This is very important!

I was very happy yesterday because dearest ponyo actually came to see my show! It's the first time she came to see my show and she brought along one of her students, Joel. Joel is an er-hu player. Although ponyo's presence will increase my stress but she is a really good teacher and she gives me good advices so I must do my very best. I mustn't disappoint her else she will stop teaching me sing! Thus yesterday night I was a little nervous.

Ponyo and me and some of my dearest friends in opera. Oh yah, not to mention, she is also here to see how well Susan will be singing since Susan also learn singing from her. LOL. As she is a vocalist, she will not look too much in our acting, just focus on how well we sang.

HAha, this photo makes me look so short! She must bend down like this to take photo with me mah? A bit extreme leh. She is only 15 cm taller than me nia mah! LOL.

My stage partner yesterday night. She is very carefully doing her make up for a very long time. Very vain also. LOL. Ponyo asked me if she rushed down from work and thus she is the last one doing make up. Yes de, apparently YH cannot get any leave or time off. Poor thing

Wanxin acted as Xue Ying Long. She is really thin. Must try to put on more weight then will look better!

Our lead for the night, Miss May. Aiyah she must be mourning when she see this blog post because she felt that she has flopped the show. Actually she didn't lor, everyone felt that she did better this time round the previous one. The previous one she was too nervous that she sang off key. This time ok mah. Dun be too harsh on urself lah!

Joanne Ong who always kp that she wants to be xiao sheng. So teacher let her do xiao sheng but actually, she do dan also can one. She doesn't want to do dan cuz she says dan is more difficult than sheng.

This one is sheng wanna be. Tot that she can be sheng but I can tell her to forget it la. Given her build and height, very hard lah. Anyway I think she fits in our dan department quite well so she can forget about moving.

This is very 妖娇 de qiuyue. Acting as Xue Ding shan's first wife.

Not forgetting our biggest actor here, BALA, is back to the team. He thinks that he doesn't need to put on beard although he is acting as May's father. Kinda funny without the beard in my opinion.

May doing some last minute practice on her water sleeves. She doesn't have time to even look at my camera. Too stressed out that I dun think she knows that I took this picture of her!

Our 2 handsome shengs looked very bored here. It was so damn hot at the backstage that my sweat just doesn't stop flowing. These 2 shengs apparently cannot tahan also so they can only sit there quietly, waiting for the show to end.

Since they looked so bored here, I decided to take a photo with them. LOL, I like it when I have nice shengs around me. Woo hoo~ LOL. YH heard me talking about having 2 handsome shengs here and she was very jealous. She asked me how come I praise others but never praise her, she is my husband, I must praise her abit. Ok lah, YH is also very handsome! LOL.

See her face so black? She buey song with me lor. I already say she handsome liao mah, still buey song~ Ok lah, YH is the most HANDSOME sheng I ever seen! HEe hee, now she should be happy liao right.

Apparently she is, she gave me a kiss for admiring her so much.

However, Susan thinks that YH is not a good kisser so she must demo for her to see. She keep laughing at YH for being not experienced in kissing. Well, as if she is very experienced like that lor.

YH doesn't believe that she is so bad at it so she gave another try and this time even Susan got nothing to say!

Susan got a favour to ask from me. She wants me to remove the net around her face in her pictures. And so I did.

And this is the after pic. I removed the net as well as some wrinkles and added blusher! LOL.

And so our handsome susan looked more handsome!

Then I edited 2 more pictures because I dunno how many she need. By the way, her net quite difficult to remove, more difficult than weijun's one.

See the difference? Oh yah, I must declare that my pics are not edited in this entry. Actually I want to edit one. I want to like adjust my fringe abit but then I very tired leh. Dun feel like doing it so I just did susan's one.

Me and YH took a more proper photo. Then this susan say this photo is not 'exciting'. Where got so many exciting pose to make?!

Baohua, she is very popular I think. People keep thinking that she is from Taiwan. She got the look ba. I think she looks good as xiao sheng.

Teacher said that in this scene, everyone is 比美ing with each other because we have baohua, Zhuying and Bala (without beard).

So who is the best looking?

May and Susan, Susan's role is supposed to be a dan role but Susan has decided not to act dan again so teacher has to change this role to a sheng role just for her!.

We are basically fighting with each other on this scene. YH has to express how much she love me and I have to express how much I hate her.

Basically the purpose of us coming out to do this you love me I hate you thing is to allow May to have more time to change costume.
