Charming Hong - Last day

Last day, we were doing Yuniang. YH drew a cute little beard and I wanted to take a photo of her. She very bad. She dun want me to take photo of her with beard. Aiyoh.. cute mah.. see Honghong put beard during her monk show also let me take photo.

This night, I got a maid role so I was busy doing my make up and hair at the other side of the stage. When I was done, went up to let Honghong QC my hairdo.. She rearranged my hair pieces then blew my fringe for me.. I forgot to mention that on the day we did TBH, our xi xin Meimei combed and plaited my hair for me and stick my bin jiao also.. even though she was very busy and her own hair wasn't done yet...

When the show was about to start, I went up to backstage and saw that Honghong very 'seh' that day!

Yes, I dun like liang pians and Honghong was wearing liangpians that day but The overall look and image she projected was very 'seh' and charming. Lots of aunties went ga ga..

I like this photo very much.....

Mei mei jie was mumbling to herself... Thinking about her lines must be...

I saw charming honghong reading her scripts in a very 'seh' way.. hahaha....

When the aunties saw that Honghong was ready, they shot up to the backstage and took lots and lots of photos, I joined in and took lots of photos too.

After a few shots, I say my usual line,"I want a cute pose leh~"
Honghong: I wear like this, zen me ke ai?
I shrugged.
And honghong gave me this pose....

Not very cute la.. still very 'seh'.

Coolly reading script... Me and wanzhi both want to take photo of her reading script but wanzhi was spotted by honghong. hee hee.. Only me managed to get this photo yo~

I also just found out that the hat Honghong wore was made by Meimei overnight. Mei mei so nice and caring lor. She was making the hat... and...

Honghong: An neh buey eng eah...
Meimei: Ah buey zo ho ah.. li dio yit di gong buey eng.

After awhile...

Honghong: An neh gam wu swee?
Meimei: li dan gua zo liao ah...

After awhile....

Honghong: li an neh buey eng la.. gua ah si di guan ka ho la.
Meimei: li zo jiam han, yi dieng ai di jit jiong ah...

Honghong went to sleep and saw that the hat was ready next day.She looked really good with the hat and she charmed many aunties with this new image.

My mum actually think that Honghong looks better in her later years than when she was in her 20-30s... Hmm.. weird.. she ask me to develop more photos of honghong for her.

Anyway, ppl already asking me for Honghong and meimei's photos but I sledom got chance to develop photos. I just developed 168 photos out of the 425 i took! hahaha.....

My god..

ya the last photo.. hmm overall the show is nice..just tt i sit there for 3 hrs gt backache >"< jus tt i think the role of ding tai poh should be hand to someone tt can act san hua well. it is a role tt can express. and the guy had ruin the role. >"<

hahaa... ding tai poh is done by the troupe's ppl leh. Maybe should have ask Beng Ho to do that role instead cuz he is so crazy.

3 more students joined COI. That officially makes COI GZX troupe a very crowded troupe. In fact, overly crowded. There are 21 students now and including Ang, we will have 22 actresses/actors. Ang is going to have problems squeezing in all the students into 1 show. I don't think there are lots of shows which have 22 roles. Bao Hua and Zhu Ying has joined us for some time so they are not considered newbie already (MD mentioned that they are newbies in his blog). The 3 newbies I am talking about are Wanru, Si Qing and Ai Qing. Si Qing and Ai Qing are not sisters. They just happened to have 'Qing' in their names. I have not taken pictures of Siqing and Aiqing but I will try to take some and blog. I have got a few pics of Wanru but I will blog another day. As usual, Ang did her usual rounds of asking whether the newbies want to be dan or be shengs. Frankly speaking, both roles are overly crowded already. Holland Rd Performance

Yesterday we had a performance at Holland Road Blk 2. I was doing the excerpt 'Broken Bridge' of Madam white snake and the others were doing Tang Bo Hu. I couldn't find a Xu Xian (YH dun like this role) so I got no choice but to ask Naiba for help. Heng he was free that day to help us. Kanglong found a very nice spot to take photos and everyone took photos at that spot.... I think this spot is nice too with the pillar behind and the flowers and the white background... Me and Naiba... Hmm, too bad his face kana hidden in shadow lor. Susan as green snake. I didn't realise that she was wearing the costume wrongly lor.. haiz, too late to inform her liao... I like to act with Naiba cuz I don't look fat with him. I stomach pain... need to go toilet... :P Pain until cannot walk le.... sob sob... Cannot find toilet, I very sad.... I believe the toilet is there..... Cannot find toilet, I think I better take a break here... Believe me, I know where the toilet is.... Green sn...

I was browsing the internet looking at opera related videos when I came across a song 'N+1' sang by Chris Lee. Man, I was surprised by the opera elements in the song! She combined hip hop and chinese opera (like Jay and Lee Hom) and the MTV is quite nice. It's like abit of hip hop dance and some chinese opera. Chris Lee even dressed up in opera 'wu dan' costume! Hee hee, but she looked a bit weird. Her actions are good but looks wise, weird. Ok, the MTV. I should learn to sing this song. Lol...
